In every interior the entryway is Where all the magic begin. For me is a very important space and it must include:

1. Lots of storage for shoes;

2. Nice chair or bench to put on shoes, or to let someone sit while waiting,

3. Big mirror or beautiful paint/picture, it depends on the taste and on the area.

#Joe&thejuice

Joe and the juice just opened in Herning, it's a danish store where you cand find "coffee, juice and much more" like they say. The interiors are awesome, black walls, a lot of grey, wood and the egg chair of the well known danish designer Arne Jacobsen.

#Herning

Herning is the city I'm living in for the last 4 months. A city with the serenity of the countryside where culture, industry and nature are side by side.

1# Nice house with big door number in Herning. 2# Skuptulparken it's a big circle surrounded by sculptures of danish famous artists. Sometimes in the middle of it we can see happy cows. 3# Knudmosesoerne. 4# Elia is a big sculpture made by Ingvar Cronhammar. People say that a gigantic gas flame every now and then shoots up. I live very close to it and unfortunately I have never seen it. 5# Birk Centerpark.

Less than a month to Christmas and I already have some things that I wish to see under the christmas tree. My wishlist is full of black maybe because I'm living in Denmark for the last 4 months, and here black is the color, or just considering Yohji Yamamoto quote where she says Black is modest and arrogant at the same time. Black is lazy and easy - but misterious. But above all black says this: "I don't bother you - don't bother me". 

1# Daniel Wellington Classic Sheffield Lady in Rose Gold. Since the brand is my name without an "a" and I just  love wellington steak I think this one is made for me. I'm kidding this watch is simple, clean and mix black and gold, so I love it. 2# Nike Air Max. In adition to black, Denmark is also all about confortable shoes to cycle, to run to go everywhere and this ones are perfect. 3# Lindt Creme Brule. I have heard that in 2020 we will not see so many chocolat in our supermarkets shelves. The price will be higher and less choice, so let's eat it while we can and Lindt Creme Brule is my favourite chocolat of all time. 4# LDJ earrings Black Pearls. I like jewellery that is simple but also different, this black pearls are both. 5# Beat Table Black, Tom Dixon. My heart skips a beat when someone talks about Tom Dixon lighting. 6# Mango Homewear. Last but not least black and white pyjama from Mango because what is a Christmas without a pyjama and this one is my 2014 choice. 

#Shopping

I was thinking of buying some of my Christmas gifts in Tiger store here in Denmark. The store is amazing with lots of original solutions for home and DIY stuff. I find that opened in my town in Portugal, so it will no longer be a surprise for my family and friends, but is an excellent choice for Christmas gifts. 

Curiously the name "Tiger" is not Tiger (the name of the "wrauuuu" animal), but we should read "ti-er" and in danish that means something like "costs ten" because the idea is to sell products with a price around 10 Dkk corresponding to about 1,40€.

Estava a pensar em comprar alguns presentes de Natal na loja Tiger aqui na Dinamarca. A loja é incrível com imensas soluções originais para pequenos presentes e para casa. Descubro que abriram na minha cidade em Portugal, já não será uma surpresa para os meus familiares e amigos, mas continua a ser uma excelente opção para presentes de Natal.
